Warranty for all ASIC miners follows the official manufacturer warranty policy. LeedMiner does not provide independent warranty; all warranty claims are handled according to the original manufacturer terms.

LeedMiner will assist you in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer. Contact us for support.

• Brand new miners: 1-year (12 months) warranty from the manufacturer, starting from the date of delivery
• Used or refurbished miners: no warranty unless specifically stated on the product page

• Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
• Power surges, lightning strikes, or unstable electrical supply
• Physical damage including dropping, water damage, or fire
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or firmware changes
• Normal wear and tear
• Use outside manufacturer-recommended temperature or humidity ranges

Used or Refurbished Products: All used or refurbished products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after shipping. This exception overrides the defective-product return and refund terms below. Any after-sales coverage specifically stated on the product page is limited to repair support.

After Delivery (Defective Products): If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Due to the specialized nature of mining equipment and rapid price fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review product specifications and profitability estimates before purchasing.

1. Contact us: Email info@leedminer.com with your order number, product model, issue description, and photos or video.
2. Manufacturer coordination: LeedMiner helps coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer according to official procedures.
3. Resolution: Based on the manufacturer assessment, the resolution may include:
   • Remote troubleshooting guidance
   • Replacement parts from the manufacturer
   • Return for repair at the manufacturer service center
   • Replacement unit, subject to manufacturer policy
4. Shipping: Shipping costs for warranty repairs follow the manufacturer policy, and LeedMiner will advise on the brand-specific process.

Refunds are processed under the following conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the USD equivalent at the time of the original purchase.

• Defective product that cannot be repaired: full refund or replacement at customer choice
• Delayed shipping over 30 days: full refund available upon request

• Document visible damage with photos before opening the package
• Contact LeedMiner within 48 hours of delivery
• Do not discard the original packaging because it may be needed for the shipping insurance claim
• We insure all shipments and will handle the claim process on your behalf
