A miner can receive BTCB2 from a pool, open an exchange, and see XBT or BIP110 instead. That does not automatically mean the wrong coin was mined, and it does not automatically mean the labels refer to the same network. The answer depends on the specific service.

As checked on September 8, 2026, NeoxEX, NonKYC and SafeTrade use different labels around the Bitcoin BLAKE2b fork. This guide shows exactly what each platform displayed and what to verify before sending a payout.

The concrete name map

ServiceVisible market labelOther identifier foundWhat the evidence establishes
Neoxa / NeoxEXXBT, with the name Bitcoin BLAKE2bThe market URL still contained BTCB2_USDCThe front-end ticker and internal market path differed on the check date
NonKYCBTCB2 / Bitcoin Blake2BIts asset API used the full name Bitcoin BIP110 (BLAKE2b) for the same platform asset IDBTCB2 and Bitcoin BIP110 were labels for one NonKYC asset record
SafeTradeBIP110/USDT appeared in the public market indexBitcoinBIP110.org also published a BIP110 listing noticeThe public index showed the market, but this check did not confirm live deposit and withdrawal status

Within these specific BLAKE2b contexts, the different labels can point to the same fork-chain asset. This is not a global rule. XBT commonly means normal Bitcoin on other services, and BIP110 can refer to the historical proposal rather than an exchange asset.

NeoxEX: XBT on screen, BTCB2 in the URL

The Neoxa/NeoxEX market page displayed the ticker XBT and the name Bitcoin BLAKE2b. The page path still used a BTCB2_USDC-style identifier. That can happen when platform operators change a display label without immediately changing every internal route or market code.

It does not establish a universal rename date, and the source did not find a formal announcement that would support one. For a transfer, open the current NeoxEX deposit page and verify that the selected network explicitly describes the BLAKE2b fork. Do not assume that any XBT deposit screen on any exchange is the same asset.

NonKYC: one asset ID, multiple names

The NonKYC market page retained BTCB2 and Bitcoin Blake2B. Its public asset API used the fuller label Bitcoin BIP110 (BLAKE2b). Because both records mapped to the same platform asset ID, this is concrete evidence that NonKYC used different names for one internal asset rather than requiring a conversion between two coins.

Even so, a market record and a transfer route are different states. Before sending funds, open the live BTCB2 deposit and withdrawal interface, confirm the network, minimum, confirmations and service status, then test a small amount. The public NonKYC API specification can help identify fields, but the authenticated transfer screen is the final operational reference.

Today’s BTCB2 price and what it means for mining revenue

At 03:28 PDT on September 8, 2026, the NonKYC market API reported a 252.28 USDT best bid, 253.40 last trade, 255.36 best ask, 1.206% spread and about 146,006 USDT of 24-hour volume. The price was down 55.77% over 24 hours. A mining estimate should therefore use the bid, not the last trade or ask.

Live fieldSnapshotRevenue use
Best bid252.28 USDTConservative mark for a small sell order
Last trade253.40 USDTEvidence of the latest match, not guaranteed sale capacity
Best ask255.36 USDTA seller’s offer, not miner revenue
24-hour move−55.77%Shows why a daily estimate can change sharply

The matching NonKYC asset record required 15 confirmations but showed both deposits and withdrawals disabled with the note that wallets were stuck. A theoretical mining value is therefore not the same as cash that can be deposited and sold on that venue today.

SafeTrade: a listed market is not proof of open deposits

SafeTrade’s public market index showed BIP110/USDT during the source check. A separate BIP110 information site also published a listing notice. The exchange trading page itself was not directly verified in that check, so the market index should not be presented as proof that deposits and withdrawals are currently enabled.

This distinction matters on emerging networks. A pair can remain visible while the wallet is under maintenance. Always separate three questions: can the pair trade, can new deposits be credited, and can withdrawals be completed?

Why BIP110 appears in the asset name

BIP-110 originally proposed a temporary reduced-data soft fork for Bitcoin. The later BLAKE2b proof-of-work change was a separate hard-fork development. Reading “BIP110” in an exchange ticker does not mean the original BIP switched Bitcoin’s proof of work.

BitcoinBIP110.org promotes the names Bitcoin BIP110 and BIP110. Bitcoin-blake2b.org uses Bitcoin in its site header. Pools and markets often use BTCB2 to keep the fork asset distinct from BTC. These are naming choices by different services, not evidence that every developer, pool and exchange agreed on one ticker.

Why XBT is especially dangerous to guess

Kraken’s official XBT versus BTC explanation says that XBT and BTC both refer to ordinary Bitcoin on Kraken. NeoxEX used XBT for a Bitcoin BLAKE2b market in the source check. The same code therefore carries different meanings on different platforms.

If the receiving screen says Bitcoin mainnet, do not send BTCB2. If it explicitly says Bitcoin BLAKE2b, BTCB2 or the matching fork network, continue with the remaining checks. The ticker by itself never answers the network question.

Use a second-person check before changing a production payout address.

Seven checks before moving BTCB2

  1. Open the sender’s withdrawal page and receiver’s deposit page at the same time.
  2. Compare the full asset names, not only BTCB2, XBT or BIP110.
  3. Confirm that both sides explicitly identify the BLAKE2b fork network.
  4. Check that deposits and withdrawals are both enabled.
  5. Record the current minimum, fee and confirmation count.
  6. Open the explorer linked by the service and confirm it tracks the expected chain.
  7. Send a small test above the minimum and wait for credit before sending the remaining balance.

If both services point to the same chain, a different ticker normally does not require converting the coin first. If the receiver supports only BTC mainnet, BTCB2 must not be sent there.

How miners should set a payout address

Create a dedicated BTCB2 wallet first and receive a small pool payout there. Record the pool label, payout network, transaction ID and explorer. Only after that route works should you consider an exchange deposit address. This prevents a changing market label from controlling the first copy of your mined funds.

When changing a farm payout address, use a two-person process. One person prepares the platform evidence and test transaction; another independently verifies the chain and address. Repeat the test whenever a service changes its ticker, network selector or address format.

Bottom line

On the check date, NeoxEX used XBT while retaining a BTCB2 path; NonKYC connected BTCB2, Bitcoin Blake2B and Bitcoin BIP110 labels to one asset record; SafeTrade’s public index showed BIP110/USDT without confirming live transfers. Those are service-specific facts.

For wallet, mining or hosting planning, contact LeedMiner with the exact pool and receiving platform. The decision should be based on the live network screen and a transfer, not the ticker alone.
